It seems day by day, more and more people are opting out of socializing in order to become this weak, pathetic excuse for a human by staying cooped up inside all day, not participating in actual events with their neighbors, not regarding humanitarian needs to higher standards than their own selfish desires, and choosing to go through a life of misery because they are so freaking lazy and prefer to harper onto having a "mental illness" as an excuse to be lazy.

Depression is caused by poor gut health. 90% of your neurotransmitters are made in the gut, and the brain and the gut are actually ATTACHED when we are in the fetus stage of life. When you keep consuming garbage like gluten, soy, dairy, and modern day poultry that's loaded with antibiotics, hormones, and other garbage, your small intestine starts to develop inflammation. Food particles then start to leak from your intestines, you know this as "leaky gut".
They then cause inflammation all over the body, like acne. The more inflammation your body has, the more cortisol your adrenal glands need to pump out. This then starts to cause hormonal imbalances and we all know that testosterone is the number one depression killer. If it's imbalanced in any way you will have depression, this is something doctors just don't understand because it's not profitable for them to actually fix the real problem. ALL diseases can be traced back to gut health. It's literally what you're eating, and since these tribe people aren't eating the tainted food that modern day society eats, they will never develop depression, heart attack, obesity, etc --- Here's a link to another person's story that confirms this
